What file formats does WealthSight support?

WealthSight supports Excel files (.xls, .xlsx) and CSV files (.csv). For best results, your data should include budget/forecast and actual columns with clear labels. Check our Excel Templates page for ready-to-use formats.

How accurate is the AI variance analysis?

Our AI provides highly accurate quantitative analysis (identifying variances, calculating percentages, ranking drivers). The qualitative commentary is designed to be a strong starting point that FP&A professionals should review and refine. We recommend treating AI outputs as a draft that accelerates your workflow.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress. We are GDPR compliant, and your data is never used to train AI models. Financial files are processed and not retained beyond your session. Visit our Security page for details.

How many analyses can I run per month?

The Free plan includes 50 messages per month. The Starter plan includes 500 messages, and the Professional plan offers unlimited analyses. You can check your remaining usage in the sidebar of the application.

Can I resume a previous analysis session?

Yes. All your analysis sessions are saved in the History tab. Click on any session to resume it with full conversation context. You can continue asking questions and generating reports from where you left off.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the Subscription tab in your dashboard. Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or view invoices. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

Yes. Enterprise customers get custom pricing, on-premise deployment options, dedicated support, custom integrations, and enhanced SLAs. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Can I use WealthSight with my existing ERP/accounting software?

Currently, WealthSight works with exported Excel/CSV files from any system. Direct integrations with popular ERP and accounting platforms are on our roadmap. Check our Partners page for integration updates.
